About this list
A subprocessor is any third party Xlines engages to help process personal data on a client's behalf, or to operate this website. We keep this list short and accurate on purpose — Xlines is a small, founder-run company today, and almost all operational, technical and data-handling work is currently done personally by the Xlines team rather than outsourced to additional vendors.
Current subprocessors
| Party | Role | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Hostinger | Website and database hosting provider. Hosting infrastructure is located in France, European Union. | Contact-form/newsletter submissions stored in the site database (name, email, company, phone, message); server access logs. |
| Third-party email service provider | Used for business email hosting and/or email delivery. Not named publicly at this stage. | Content of admin notification emails sent when someone submits the contact form (e.g. name, email, message). |
| Google LLC (Google Fonts) | Delivers the web fonts used on this site. | Your browser's IP address, as an incidental part of requesting the font files. No cookie is set for this by Google Fonts. |
Not currently used: analytics platforms, advertising/marketing pixels, CRM or marketing-automation tools, payment processors, or any subcontracted outsourcing partner. If any of these are introduced, this table will be updated first.
Notice of changes
We will update this page whenever we add, replace, or remove a subprocessor. Enterprise clients with a Data Processing Agreement in place may request advance email notice of new subprocessors and a reasonable opportunity to object, per that agreement.
