Overview
Our homepage describes a "7-day CX pilot" — a short, no-cost evaluation period so you can see how Xlines actually performs before committing to anything. That homepage copy is intentionally short; this page is where we spell out what it actually means. If anything here and the homepage ever seem to conflict, this page and your signed Pilot Agreement (see below) control.
Who qualifies
A pilot is offered following a qualification conversation with our team, not automatically to every visitor who clicks a button. Xlines reserves the right to decline or adjust a pilot where it isn't a good operational fit — for example, where the volume, channel, or systems involved fall outside what we can responsibly staff and support in a short evaluation window.
NDA & Pilot Agreement first
"NDA before we start" means exactly that: before any of your customer data, systems access, or confidential business information is shared with Xlines, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Before the pilot itself begins, we also agree a short written Pilot Agreement covering the specific scope for your pilot — which channels are covered, how many agents/hours are allocated, what systems or access you'll provide, and what "success" looks like for that 7-day window. These specifics vary by prospect and are documented there, not fixed on the public website.
What "no commitment" actually means
"No commitment until Day 8" and "cancel anytime" mean there is no ongoing service fee or long-term contractual obligation created simply by starting a pilot, and "no credit card" means we don't take payment information to begin one. It does not mean the pilot runs without any paperwork — the NDA and Pilot Agreement above are exactly the paperwork that make a no-obligation trial possible in the first place, by setting clear boundaries for both sides.
During the pilot
Xlines will staff and run the scope agreed in your Pilot Agreement. You agree to provide the access, training, and materials reasonably necessary for us to do that (for example, product information, tone/brand guidelines, or system logins scoped to the pilot). If access or training is materially incomplete, we may need to adjust the pilot's timeline or scope — we'll flag this as soon as we see it rather than let the pilot quietly underperform.
What happens to your data
Any of your data or your customers' data handled during the pilot is covered by the signed NDA and, where personal data is involved, our Data Processing Agreement. At the end of the pilot — whether or not you continue with us — we will delete or return that data per your instructions and our standard data-handling commitments, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Ending the pilot early
You can end the pilot at any time before Day 8 with no further obligation, consistent with "cancel anytime." Xlines may also pause or end a pilot early for the same reasons described in our Terms of Use suspension & termination section (for example, a security concern or a scope that turns out not to be workable), or where the access/training gap described above can't reasonably be resolved.
What happens on Day 8
The pilot does not automatically convert into a paid engagement. Continuing past Day 8 requires a separate, mutually signed services agreement (and Data Processing Agreement, where applicable) setting out ongoing pricing and scope. If we don't hear back from you after the pilot ends, it simply lapses — there's no automatic billing and no further obligation on either side.
Who owns what
Deliverables created specifically for you during the pilot (for example, a performance report on your own data) belong to you. Xlines retains ownership of its own pre-existing tools, templates, playbooks and methodologies used to deliver the pilot — using the pilot doesn't transfer ownership of those to you, consistent with the Intellectual Property section of our Terms of Use.
